Account and registration
On the login screen, click the "Forgot password" link. Enter the email address you used to register. We send a single-use reset link to that email within a few minutes. Click the link, create a new password, and log in. The reset link expires after one hour for security. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support with your registered email address. We can verify your identity and send a new link.
